From June 2014 onwards, viewers across the world will be able to watch Learn To Draw and Øistein in Arabic!

Following MIPTV in Cannes, Al Jazeera’s global network for children, JCCTV, has secured exclusive rights to dub and broadcast Arabic versions of Learn To Draw Season 1 – 30 x 8-minute episodes!

JCCTV’s goal is to reach Arabic-speaking children all over the world through two TV platforms:

  • Jeem TV – a lifestyle entertainment media platform for 7-12-year-olds
  • Baraem TV – the first free-to-air dedicated preschool channel in the Arab world, catering to children aged 2-6, with a focus on discovering new skills through learning and play

JCCTV also operates Taalam.tv, a VOD educational portal.

Earthtree CEO Stein Georg Lillemoen says, “Being part of JCCTV’s global network is a unique opportunity, and we look forward to building a long-term working relationship, bringing our creativity TV to a whole new audience of Arabic-speaking kids.”
