Major broadcaster NRK Super has commissioned two new art shows from Earthtree Media: Box Yourself (26 episodes x 11 minutes) and Learn to Draw ABC (29 episodes x 7 minutes), both set to debut later this year.

Stein Georg Lillemoen, Managing Director and producer at Earthtree Media, says, “We’re thrilled to be working with NRK Super. We’ll begin shooting Box Yourself and Learn to Draw ABC in August 2013, and we plan to present both shows at MIPCOM in Cannes this October.”

Box Yourself is a new craft show for kids, presented by artist Øistein Kristiansen. Earthtree Media and Øistein Kristiansen have extensive experience creating successful children’s art and craft TV shows, including Right on Top, SuperEinstein, and Cows ‘n Crayons.

Øistein Kristiansen, creator and presenter of Box Yourself, says, “Everybody in the world has access to a box and can become an artist. Kids love to get physical with art – draw, cut, open, and paint! All it takes is the right inspiration to get started.”

The second series, Learn to Draw ABC, is a new full season (26 episodes) in the successful Learn to Draw franchise. Øistein Kristiansen explains, “By learning to draw the shape of letters and turning them into fun characters, kids will learn faster and have more fun.”

Learn to Draw is a step-by-step cartoon drawing show presented in an energetic and engaging way. Having been sold to more than 40 countries, the new season, Learn to Draw ABC, will be broadcast in Norway on NRK.
