Fredrikstad, Norway – September 26, 2016 – Earthtree Media is pleased to announce that it has signed a deal with Latvian Television regarding Earthtree’s successful TV series Box Yourself (30×11’).
Box Yourself contains a great mixture of education and entertainment elements. It shows how to recycle, upcycle and make great things from ordinary everyday cardboard. It encourages kids to be creative, artistic, imaginative and – most of all – to have fun! From their basement studio, the show’s host Øistein Kristiansen and his cardboard sidekick “Box” demonstrate how to make 30 different objects – animals, people, vehicles, puppets and more. Each episode guides the viewers through the process of creation: Draw, Build, Paint!
Latvian Television’s Film Acquisitions Manager Zane Valeniece says: ‘The show is great! “Box Yourself” is a really good product for kids to show how to encourage, develop and use your creativity. And this is also a good way to have a good time with family, friends or just by yourself creating things. Every episode is like a new challenge!
